Wendy Brabon –Co-Founder

Wendy Brabon is the Co-Founder of Brabon Justice International LLC, a creator of web-based software; Director of Internet Technology for Integrative Health Care Practice Resources (IHCPR); and founder of Ignite Worldwide, Inc, a web development company.

Wendy is certified in Lean Six Sigma where she currently works with customers to create processes and flow that helps them eliminate waste and defects; therefore improve their overall efficiencies.

Wendy’s goal is to help customers formulate solutions tailored to each client's needs - from non profit organizations to small businesses to major corporations around the world. She has worked with over 100 corporations and associations in helping them achieve success online.

In addition to more than a decade of e-business experience, as well as strategic planning and marketing expertise, Wendy's extensive knowledge of Internet technologies, product development, and database management gives her the ability to help formulate Internet solutions. She has worked in a variety of manufacturing specialist roles including MRP, Inventory control, product development, engineering and database management for both Eastman Kodak Company and Siemens.

Wendy is a past president of the eBusiness Association; marketing chair and board member of AIDS Community Health Center; board member of IHCPR; education seminar leader of the Small Business Association; and guest lecturer at Rochester Institute of Technology and PTAC.

Ray Justice –Co-Founder

Ray Justice is the Co-Founder of Brabon Justice International, a creator of web-based software; Director of Creativity and Business for Integrative Health Care Practices Resources  (IHCPR); Author, Poet, and Business Entrepreneur for 40 years.

Ray has started, owned and operated a variety of companies over the last 40 years including retail stores, wholesale distributor, marketing, sales, construction, property development, not for profit education and more.

A former Chamber of Commerce "Business Person of the Year “and recipient of the Sam Walton Leadership award, Ray plans to bring a style of poetic thinking into the business world. As a  published author, poet, business coach and workshop facilitator he is often sought after because of his out of the box methods of problem solving, creativity and possibility thinking. Along with his additional experience in hypnosis and intuitive writing his direction is now fully focused on human development through diversity, creativity and intimate connection.

Christine Kretchmer –Director of Marketing, Planning & Resource Development

Christine is responsible for creating and coordinating with the other team members to confidently develop and design an easy to use website tool that delivers results.

Christine was the Marketing Director for a retail/service business for 11 years, spearheading projects that integrated business with the community. She was also the Computer Manager taking care of programming multiple sites throughout the company. Prior to that, Christine spent 6 years in the human service field, counseling and building confidence with troubled youths. Christine has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and an M.S. degree in Counseling and Human Development.

Christine’s background brings a unique element to Up Your Image.  From marketing, computer programming, and wellness counseling, she has developed the ability to create and follow through with many new and exciting projects.  Her experience helps her to form a connection between companies and the communities they are in.

Kevin Gricius – Manager of Design & Usability

Kevin brings over 7 years of web/graphic design talent and search engine marketing experience to the UpYourImage team. Previously a web developer at WebSourced, one of the largest search engine marketing firms, Kevin has been involved in more than 150+ web development and search engine marketing campaigns.

Handling everything from start-up businesses to large corporations, Kevin has encountered and solved a wide range of web development strategies and search engine marketing issues. This experience uniquely gives Kevin the knowledge necessary to work through any web development and marketing campaign with full confidence and success.

Brian LaPore- Manager of Web Technology

Brian oversees the development, strategy, and goals for the Up Your Image Site Creator. Through his work in the field of Web Development, Brian has accumulated an extensive knowledge of web standards, browser compatibility, accessibility best practices, and emerging web technologies. He has used this knowledge to develop numerous accessible websites with a high degree of usability.

Brian came to Up Your Image after completing his masters in Computational Science at SUNY Brockport. While working on his masters he spent three years as a Web Technician in the Web Services department at SUNY Brockport, and later joined the Web Development team at Monroe Community College.

Michelle Lee - Office Manager

Michelle's job as the Office Manager is to oversee all tasks and projects throughout the day. She serves as the Human Resource manager where she is able to create systems and procedures to allow the office to run more smoothly. She is also in charge of coordinating all projects for Lean Six Sigma.

Michelle brings a unique aspect to SiteBrandBuilder. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Daemen College and many years of supervisory experience. In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, watching movies and working out.

Steve Graham - Project Manager

Steve's job is to oversee all aspects on SiteBrandBuilder. He is the in-house expert on Builder 3. His in depth understanding of SiteBrandBuilder makes him responsible for creating and coordinating with other team members on developing and designing web sites to suit the customer’s expectations.

Steve's years of supervisor experience helps him delegate tasks more effectively and allows him to balance multiple websites, as well as overseeing other tasks. Steve also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, listening to music and watching movies.
